Relational databases squander space. Up to 90% of the space in a relational database is wasted duplication. Foreign keys duplicate massive amounts of data. The Sparse Matrix problem leaves dedicated space empty.
Ancelus eliminates duplication of data, empty cells, repeated data as a “connector” between two tables. In short, zero sparsity. Ancelus also implements variable width fields to reduce the “dead space” when the size of data elements varies.
